INTERIOR & LEAN OUT CAMERA FOR TRACKIR V1.0

This MOD readjusts the default position and maximum viewing angle of the �Interior� and
�Lean Out� cameras for all trucks, make the view with TrackIR look more realistic.
You need to reset to default position from the �Seat Adjustment�, and use the �Lean Out�
camera to look out the window (It�s a compromise because the �g_cam_window_block� does not
work with TrackIR).
