MACEDONIA REWORK V1.1 FOR PROMODS V2.41 + SR FIX 1.35.X

New version 1.1:
� Redesigned the city of Kichevo and added companies;
� Added gas station and parking near Krushevo.
(Should make trips to Krushevo more fatigue and fuel friendly)

Cities:
This mod adds 3 new cities, Struga, Krushevo and Kichevo to the existing ProMods map.

Roads:
This mod adds 2 new roads to the ProMods map:
� R-1305 (Bitola � Demir Hisar � Kichevo);
� R-1306 (Demir Hisar � Krushevo);

Map corrections and changes:
� Corrected the area around the Lukoil petrol station near Bitola (Added new R-1101);
� Added new junction south of Kichevo connecting the R-1305 to the E-65;
� Changed the prefabs on the exit from Ohrid (E-65) to Struga (E-852);
� Changed the prefab on the connection between the E-65 and R-1305 (Bitola) to allow for left turns;

This fix allows to load Macedonia addon for ProMods together with Southern region.
Without this, game will crash. This fix removes the Macedonia rad signs.
Unfortunately, this means that some signs from Southern Region will be displayed
in Macedonia. Unless You read the Cyrillic text from these countries, this probably
won�t matter, and it DOES get them working.
